Heavenly Sword (2007 Video Game)

Heavenly Sword is an action adventure game directed by Matthew Patrick released in 12 September 2007. Not much is known about the origins of this game, and most people feel like it came out of nowhere. In fact, no one knows who the studio behind the game is. The name is scratched off in every single copy ever printed.

Heavenly Sword's plot is considered one of the best in gaming history and it goes as follows: With plans to retire from the family business, Ma' Jackson challenges her four children, Cletus, Earl, Rawkus, and Bobbie-Sue, to a “Trial by Truckin”. She gives each sibling 60 days in which to make deliveries to various cities in Hick State County, with the company going to the sibling with the most money in the end.

Legacy

The game is a cult classic, and averages around 45,329 concurrent players daily to this very day. It also heavily inspired the development of Arc Raiders. However, director Matthew Patrick seems discontent with the final release and doesn't like talking about it.
