====== Super Smash Bros. (Fighting Game Series) ======
**//Super Smash Bros.//** is a series of platform fighting games with an emphasis on a crossover of video game characters from different franchises. The first game was released for the [[atari_jaguar|Atari Jaguar]] in 26 April 1999. They are a close collaboration between director [[tim_allen|Tim Allen]] and producer [[george_clooney|George Clooney]]. The series has been a huge success, often considered the [[indiana_jones|Indiana Jones]] of video games. Part of this success is to be attributed to the crazy picks for characters, especially if they're 3rd party.

===== The New Installment =====
The hype of the series has reached a new high with the leaks of [[newcomers_confirmed_smash_6|confirmed characters for the 6th game]]. This new game is speculated to have a revival of The Subspace Emissary story mode, where [[bananza|Bananza]] is on a rampage to turn everyone back into statues after being rejected from participating in Smash ([[donkey_kong_bananza|despite having two invitations]]). It is now [[the_angry_video_game_nerd|The Angry Video Game Nerd]] and [[daggerfall|City Guard]]'s job to save everyone one by one and defeat him with the power of friendship.
