Arc Raiders is a PvPvE (Player vs Player vs Environment) extraction shooter developed by Arc System Works on 30 October 2025. It is considered the spiritual successor to Heavenly Sword, as the gameplay is almost 1:1. The reason the game is called that is because it raided Bungie and stole all its players from Marathon.

On December 2025, the marketing team for the game conducted an ad campaign where all commercials had the tagline “Arc tuah, Raid on that thang”. It was critically panned by the majority of fans, but the height of controversy was when the tagline was shown on full blast at The 2025 Game Awards.
