Martin Scorsese is a film director, independent video game developer, and co-founder of Kino 5 Productions born in 17 November 1942. While his films are generally successful, his video game endeavors always left him wanting more. He experienced many losses in this field, like the time he had to give Pitfall Harry to Hidetaka Miyazaki for losing to him in a game of Smash. It wasn't until 2015 with the release of the highly successful Undertale that Scorsese finally got the recognition he desired.

In December 2018, Scorsese mentioned the official Grinch Twitter (formerly X) account in a tweet that just said “let me see those crunchy grunchies”. He denies ever having made that post.
